View of a typical timber-framed house in the region, with mullioned windows and decorative carvings above the floors. The back has a handwritten letter dated July 29, 1952, sent from Saint-Pol-de-Léon to Madame Vermersch in Lille, with a postmark and a circular cancellation from Saint-Pol-de-Léon.
