View of a pond surrounded by poplars in the village of Mormant, with reflections on the water. Printed text at the bottom: 'MORMANT. - La Mare aux Fées'. Reverse: 25 and 15 centime stamps, postmark from Coulommières, handwritten address to Mr. Bonnevaux at the Hôtel d'Altaine in Gerardmer, and a stamp from the Librairie-Papeterie C. Brouiller.
