View of the Town Hall in Nevers, an imposing stone building with slate roofs and chimneys, in front of a paved square. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame L'Ardoissem of the Saint-Chéron pottery, with a postage stamp and a Nevers postmark dated 6 September 1909.
