Illustration of a crowd gathered in the gardens of the Palace of Versailles to celebrate the centenary of the States General in 1889. Printed text at the top of the card. Reverse: handwritten address to Madame Suzanne Belimat, at Madame Martin's, 51 rue d'Avranches, Amiens, with a note about the reserved section for correspondence. 10-centime green stamp canceled in Paris, July 18, 1889.
