View of Léopold Square in Namur in 1919, centered on a monumental statue surrounded by a garden. To the left, the Institute of Ophthalmology and to the right, the Grande Orange. The reverse side bears a handwritten address to Mr. Chérie Pascal in Pouchartrein, Seine-et-Oise, France, with a green 20-centime stamp and a postmark from Namur dated July 4, 1907.
