View of the Church of the Sacred Heart in Nancy, with its neo-Byzantine architecture and two domes. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated August 5, 1942, addressed to Madame Marcelle Laurisme in Bagnères-de-Bigorre, with a 30-centime postage stamp and a warehouse stamp from Nancy.
