View of the honors staircase of Nancy City Hall, with its ornate wrought-iron railings and monumental columns. The reverse has a handwritten address to Mr. J. Chambon in Châteauneuf, a 1 franc postage stamp, and a Nancy postmark from August 3, 1908.
