View of Place Saint-Jean in Nancy, highlighting the Protestant Temple and the town hall, with bare trees and horse-drawn vehicles. The back has a handwritten address to Mme Barailler in Sail-les-Couzan, a circular cancellation from Saint-Nazaire dated 21 October 1908, and a note on the front stating that the correspondence was not accepted by all foreign countries.
