Description

Black and white view of the Fontaine d'Amphitrite on Place Stanislas in Nancy, with a central statue and ornamental railings. The printed text at the bottom identifies the location. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated April 8, 1939, sent from Nancy, with a 15-centime postal stamp and a 25-centime stamp, addressed to Madame and Monsieur Charles Schott in Colombes (Seine).
