View of Place Stanislas in Nancy, featuring the Jean-Lamour grilles of the 18th century, adorned with lanterns and framing a lively square with pedestrians and a bicycle. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated 25 January 1917, addressed to 'Cheid Cusser', with a postal stamp and cancellation.
