View of the Gate of Chaffe in Nancy, with its two conical towers and pedestrian passage. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated November 2, 1931, addressed to Mr. de Monestrol in Redon, with a Nancy postmark canceled on 12-11-31 and two 2 franc stamps.
