View of the Porte de la Craffe in Nancy, a medieval gate built in 1336 and restored in 1861, with its two conical towers and central portal. On the reverse, handwritten address to 'Mademoiselle Dieu-Coppin, Pillers, Bataconnem'. 5-centime postmark and Nancy cancellation dated 18-1-09.
