Postcard depicting Napoleon I in imperial costume, holding a cane, dated 1821. The reverse features handwritten red ink addressed to 'Madame Margot' in Ganguin, mentioning an installation in Paris and an approximate date of July 9 to 14. The recipient's address is 'Mademoiselle M. Dufont, Place du XIV juillet, Abiquillon'. A 10-centime postmark is affixed with a circular cancellation from Toulouse.
