Description

Color illustration of a chariot race with caricatured black figures, one in a clown costume, the other in military uniform, pulling a steam-powered chariot. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1892 addressed to Mr. Bernard, sent by L. Gallia, mentioning the destination of the postcard and the sending of another postcard to Mr. Ohland and Mr. Heyband.
