View of the Town Hall in Nevers, an imposing stone building with a roof with multiple chimneys, in front of a square with a lamppost and a few people. On the reverse, a postcard dated 1908, stamped with 10 centimes, addressed to Madame Besson Louis in Paris, with handwritten correspondence.
