View of the City Hall in Nevers, an imposing stone building with several floors and decorative framed windows, in front of which are a few people and horse-drawn carriages. On the reverse, the postcard bears the inscription 'POSTCARD' and a warning regarding correspondence on the front, with a circular postage stamp bearing the number '58' and handwritten writing 'M' in the top left corner.
