View of the Ducal Palace of Nevers, a military-style building from the late Middle Ages evolving into the Renaissance, with its towers and ornate façade with a staircase. The back contains a letter dated July 30, 1936 from Lorient, signed E. L. M. C. de B., and an advertisement for 'Solution Pautauberge' against tuberculosis.
