View of the Ducal Palace in Nevers with the Statue of the Republic in the foreground on an ornate base, surrounded by trees. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated June 1, 1913, addressed to Madame Jacquet in Bordeaux, with a 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Dieuvre.
