View of the Saint-Eloi Tower in Nevers, a round stone tower overgrown with vegetation, bordering a canal with houses in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Dédée' mentions a visit to Nevers, a successful operation, and holidays in Bac. The reverse also features a cancellation mark and the Nevers postmark.
