Description

Monumental statue of Queen Victoria inaugurated on April 12, 1912, located in Nice-Cimiez near the Excelsior Hôtel Regina, surrounded by palm trees. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Mrs. Maurel in Paris, with two 5-cent green stamps and a Nice postmark.
