View of the Majestic Hotel in Nice-Cimiez, a large multi-storey building with balconies and monumental entrance. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated February 23, 1931, addressed to a 'dear mother', mentioning a departure for Paris and a visit to Marseille, signed 'Maurice'.
