Description

Black and white view of the staircase and Bellande Tower in Nice, with a multi-story building below and the sea in the background, framed by trees. The reverse has handwritten text dated April 22, 1910, addressed to the 'Dear Grandparents,' expressing anticipation for Easter and the desire to embrace them. The stamp and cancellation are illegible.
