Night view of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, illuminated by street lamps and bordered by palm trees, with a view of the sea. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mrs. Mariette Madelene Ducos in Nantes, with two 1.50 franc stamps and a Nice postmark from November 12, 1947. The publisher is L. Gilletta et Cie.
