Black and white view of the Cascade des Nouveaux Jardins in Nice, with swans swimming in a lake in the foreground and palm trees on a rocky staircase in the background. On the reverse, an internal postcard with handwritten text addressed to Monsieur Cornard in Veynes (Hautes-Alpes), with a message of « Gros bonjours » and a 5-centime postmark canceled in Nice on June 1, 1906.
