View of Albert I Gardens in Nice, featuring La Groite with its palm trees, its swan pond and a statue at the top of a staircase. The reverse has a handwritten address in Paris, a mention of the publisher 'Gilletta Edition' and a green 10-centime stamp canceled in Nice on October 5, 1923.
