View of the Jetty Promenade and the Bridge of Angels in Nice, with ornate architecture in the foreground and people on the shore. The reverse has handwritten text addressed to 'Ma chère Clémie' in Montluçon, with a 10-centime postmark and a Toulon cancellation dated April 16, 1904.
