Black and white nighttime view of the Bay of Angels in Nice, bordered by palm trees and illuminated by street lamps. On the reverse, a blue 8 franc stamp, postmark from Nice dated July 10, 1952, and a handwritten inscription addressed to 'Richard Lenoir' with signature 'Fidlers'.
