View of the Jetty Palace in Nice under stormy weather, with waves crashing on the beach and a sailboat at sea. The reverse indicates the publisher Lévy & Neurdein Réunis, Paris, and a letter addressed to Mrs. and Mr. Croyet in Aubes, with a 25-centime postage stamp and a cancellation from Nice dated August 29, 1930.
