View of the Prefecture in Nice, an imposing building with palm trees and people in front of the entrance. Printed text at the top: 'NICE - LA PREFECTURE'. On the reverse, handwritten address to 'Miss Christine, 14 Rue Victor Hugo, Levallois-Perret, Seine', with signature 'Souvenir de Nice' and 'Miss Palmyre Putter'. Red 10-centime French Republic postage stamp, postmark 'NICE 12-4-20' (1920).
