Lively view of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, with a crowd of pedestrians, palm trees and coastal buildings. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to M. Le Botard in Mantes, with two French Republic stamps (15c and 25c) and a postmark from Nice dated November 21, 1928.
