Night view of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, adorned with luminous garlands and bordered by vintage cars. The reverse features a handwritten inscription addressed to Mrs. L. Pissarro in Brussels, with a 12-franc stamp depicting the Pont Valentré and a cancellation from Nice dated May 17, 1949.
