Lively view of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, with a crowd of pedestrians, umbrellas, and deck chairs near the beach, and a row of hotels in the background. On the reverse, handwritten text addresses the card to « Madames V. Frélong and the Children » in Le Havre, with a blue 20-centime stamp and a postmark from Nice dated 4 January 1945.
