View of the Cimiez Monastery in Nice, with a large tree in the foreground and an old car. The back has handwritten text dated Sunday 1922, addressed to Mr. Gérard Broussard in Draguignan, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Nice dated 25 October 1922.
