View of the Cimiez Monastery in Nice, with its Gothic church and shaded gardens bordered by cypresses. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Saint-Quentin (Côte d'Azur), with a 20-centime postage stamp and a Nice cancellation from July 23, 1938. The publisher is noted at the bottom: 'Éditions Agathe'.
