Panoramic view of the Palais de la Jetée-Promenade in Nice, a building on stilts by the sea, with a wooded promenade and swimmers. Back: French 10-centime postage stamp, postmark from Sainte-Adresse (Seine-Maritime) dated 20 August 1908, and handwritten message addressed to Madame V. Hemar in Saint-Malo.
