Colorized aerial view of the port of Nice with its red-roofed buildings, piers, and ships, framed by green hills. On the reverse, a postcard sent on February 12, 1921, from Villa Emilia in Monte Carlo, with a 10-centime Monaco stamp and handwritten text addressed to 'R. Stewart' in London, mentioning the beauty of the sun and a departure for the United States in March.
