Colored view of the entrance to the port of Nice, with moored boats, piers, and buildings along the shore, set against a backdrop of green hills. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Mon cher Alcérie', mentioning destinations such as Cannes, Menton, San Remo, and Interlaken, with a reception address in Menton. Postmark of 10 centimes 'République Française' canceled with 'ALPES' and 'NICE'.
