View of the Centenary Monument and Public Garden in Nice, featuring an angel statue at the top of an obelisk and a French-style garden in the background. The reverse side has a handwritten letter addressed to Miss Rose Laurent in Beaumais, with a green stamp and a postmark from Nice dated June 15, 1906.
