Colorized view of the Palais de la Jetée-Promenade in Nice, bordered by palm trees and promenaders, under a clear sky. Printed text at the top: 'The Artistic Côte d'Azur'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to M. C. Mazué, officer of the 23rd Infantry Colonial Regiment, 4th Company, Paris, with a 10 centimes postage stamp and postmark 'NICE'.
