Printed text at the bottom: '276 bis - NICE - Promenade des Anglais (Night Effect)'. Reverse: handwritten letter dated July 18, 1955, sent from Nice, mentioning an excursion to Monaco and a visit to the Hotel de l'Or. Stamp and cancellation visible at the bottom right.
