Description

Black and white view of a narrow alley in Nice, with old buildings with closed shutters and a few children sitting at the bottom of the stairs. On the reverse, an 8-franc blue stamp, a Nice Soleil postmark of 4-7-1951, and a blue ink handwritten inscription addressed to 'Maurice Gerard, 50 rue de Mendon, Josy & Marilineaux (Seme)'.
