Panoramic view of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, taken from the Ruhl Hotel, showing the lively beach, colorful umbrellas, and boats on the sea. On the reverse, a handwritten message addressed to 'Miss Monique Calouat' in Couppy-sur-Chée, with two stamps of 5 and 25 centimes and a postmark from Nice dated September 9, 1931.
