View of the Nîmes station, inaugurated in 1841, adorned with massive arcades, lined with trees and with tramway tracks. The Feuchères Avenue, dated from the same period, constitutes a grand entrance to the city. The reverse indicates the publisher 'Maison Universelle & Nouvelles Galeries, Nîmes' and a note 'Reprod. interdite'.
