View of the Roman temple of the Maison Carrée in Nîmes, with its Corinthian columns and pediment. On the reverse, a postcard addressed to Madame Madeleine Mincier in Bauge, with a handwritten message 'Bonjour de Nîmes'. A 5-centime green stamp of the French Republic, canceled in Nîmes on July 16, 1917.
