Description

View of the Nîmes canal bordered by trees and stone walls, with an imprint at the bottom reading '1906 - NÎMES - Le Canal'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 'Thursday morning' addressed to 'Chéri Jules', mentioning a departure to Nîmes and a visit to Saint-Jean-de-la-Palud. A postmark is affixed at the top right, with partial cancellation visible.
