Postcard showing the Roman amphitheatre of Nîmes, with an inscription describing its height, its burning in 757, and its capacity. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Friardel (Calvados) from Orbec in Auge, with two French postage stamps of 25 and 15 centimes, cancelled at Adour.
