View of the Esplanade in Nîmes with a large monumental fountain in the center, surrounded by lampposts and a few passersby. In the background, a columned building and a kiosk. The reverse side has a handwritten address to 'Mme Meneux, Ville, Nord' and a handwritten date '5 May 1905'. A green stamp is affixed with a postmark from 'NÎMES' dated 5 May 1905.
