Postcard showing the City Hall of Niort, a neoclassical building adorned with sculptures and balconies, with a church with a pointed spire in the background. The reverse features handwritten text 'Amities et bon souvenir à Coeur' and an address to Madame and Mr. Pasquet in Vougeères, with a 12-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Courçay dated 1953.
