View of the town hall of Nogent-sur-Marne, a building with a façade adorned with the inscriptions 'LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ' and 'RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 5, 1932, addressed to André, mentioning the opening of the hunting season and the return to school.
