Statue of the Immaculate Virgin in a cave, with the inscription 'JE SUIS L'IMMACULÉE CONCEPTION' and 'NOTRE-DAME-DE-LOURDES'. Reverse: 10-centime French postage stamp, postmark from 'Bordeaux' dated 28 April 1912, correspondence addressed to Madame and Monsieur Ganachaud in Hankes.
